Formulation:	Lyophilized from 0.2μm filtered solution of 20mM Tris, 500mM NaCl, pH 7.0,10% gly. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose and mannitol are added as protectants before lyophilization. Specific concentrations are included in the hardcopy of COA.

Beschreibung von IL3 / interleukin 3 Protein

IL3 (interleukin 3), also known as IL-3, belongs to the IL-3 family. It is a potent growth promoting cytokine. IL3 is involved in a variety of cell activities such as cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis. It acts by binding to the interleukin-3 receptor. It stimulates the differentiation of multipotent hematopoietic stem cells into myeloid progenitor cells as well as stimulates proliferation of all cells in the myeloid lineage. IL3 is secreted by basophils and activated T cells to support growth and differentiation of T cells from the bone marrow in an immune response. It is capable of supporting the proliferation of a broad range of hematopoietic cell types. IL3 also has been shown to also possess neurotrophic activity, and it may be associated with neurologic disorders. that can improve the body's natural response to disease as part of the immune system. It acts by binding to the interleukin-3 receptor.
