IL20Ra-skin immunohistochemistry

Immunochemical staining of human IL20Ra in human skin with rabbit monoclonal antibody (5 μg/mL, formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections). Positive staining was localized to stratified squamous epithelium.

Western blot

This antibody can be used at 1-2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Human IL20Ra in WB.

Direct ELISA

This antibody can be used at 0.5-1 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Human IL20Ra.

Storage

This antibody can be stored at 2℃-8℃ for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20℃ to -70℃.Preservative-Free.
Sodium azide is recommended to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%). It is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Hintergrund von IL20RA / IL-20RA Antikörper

Interleukin 20 receptor, alpha (IL20Rα), also known as IL20RA and IL20R1, belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family, and contains two fibronectin type III domains. IL20RA forms heterodimer with IL20RB, and the complex serves as a receptor for IL19, IL20 and IL24. All three are capable of signaling through IL-20RA/IL-20RB complex. The ligand binding to receptor B creating a high-affinity binding site for the receptor A which is recruited to complete the complex. In addition,, IL20RA also forms a heterodimer with the unique and specific receptor IL10RB and functions as the receptor for IL26. IL20RA is widely expressed with highest levels in skin, testis and brain. The expression of both IL20RA and IL20RB is found to be upregulated in psoriatic skin lesions on keratinocytes.
