Ig Type

Concentration

5 μl/Test, 0.2 mg/ml

Formulation Aqueous solution containing 0.5% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide
Preparation

This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human CD45 (rh CD45; Catalog#10086-H02H; NP_563578.1; Met 1-Lys 414) and conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, the unreacted FITC was removed.

Usage Guide von CD45 Antikörper

Specificity

Human CD45

No cross-reactivity in WB and ELISA with

Human cell lysate (293 cell line)

Flow Cytometry

The fluorescence histograms were derived from events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes.

CD45 Flow Cytometry

Profile of peripheral blood lymphocytes analyzed by flow cytometry.

Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACSCalibur flow cytometry system

Please refer to www.sinobiological.com/Flow-Cytometry-FACS-Protocols-a-750.html for technical protocols.

Storage This antibody is stable for 12 months from date of receipt when stored at 2℃- 8℃. Protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze !
Sodium azide is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Flush with large volumes of water during disposal.

As a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, CD45 is a transmembrane glycoprotein existing as four isoforms derived from alternative spliced transcripts. CD45 contains an extracellular domain, a single transmembrane segment and two tandem intracytoplasmic catalytic domains, and is expressed at high levels on the cell surface of all nucleated hematopoietic cells and their precursors. CD45 has been shown to be an essential regulator of T-and B-cell antigen receptor signaling. It exerts actions either by modulating the phosphorylation state of the antigen receptor subunits as a component associated with antigen receptors, or through Src-related pathways by activating various Src family kinases, and thus regulates a variety of critical cellular processes. In addition, binding of CD45-associated protein (AP) converts inactive CD45 dimer to active monomers.
