Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.2μm filtered solution of 20mM, Tris 500mM Nacl, PH7.4, 10%gly Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose and mannitol are added as protectants before lyophilization. Specific concentrations are included in the hardcopy of COA.

Beschreibung von XCL2 Protein

XCL2, also known as SCM-1-beta, is a small cytokine belonging to the XC chemokine family.. XCL2 gene is located on chromosome 1 in humans. XCL2 is most abundantly expressed in activated T cells, but can also be detected at low levels in unstimulated cells. XCL2 is highly related to another chemokine called XCL1 and induces chemotaxis of cells expressing the chemokine receptor XCR1. It is supposed that XCL2 gene participates in pathways (Chemokine signaling pathway, Cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction) and processes (blood circulation, signal transduction, chemotaxis, immune response). XCL2 are expected to have molecular function (chemokine activity) and to localize in various compartments (extracellular space, extracellular region). It seems that XCL2 is a secreted protein.
