Preparation

Produced in rabbits immunized with purified, recombinant Human ULBP2 / N2DL-2 (rh ULBP2 / N2DL-2; Catalog#12143-H08H; Q9BZM5; Met 1-Ser 217). ULBP2 / N2DL-2 specific IgG was purified by Human ULBP2 / N2DL-2 affinity chromatography.

ULBP2-renal-carcinoma immunohistochemistry

Western blot This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Human ULBP2 in WB. Using a DAB detection system, the detection limit for Human ULBP2 is approximately 0.5 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions and reducing conditions.
Direct ELISA This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Human ULBP2. The detection limit for Human ULBP2 is approximately 0.039 ng/well.
Storage This antibody can be stored at 2℃-8℃ for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20℃ to -70℃.Preservative-Free.
Sodium azide is recommended to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%). It is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Hintergrund von ULBP2 / N2DL-2 Antikörper

NKG2D ligand 2, also known as N2DL-2, NKG2DL2, ALCAN-alpha, Retinoic acid early transcript 1H, UL16-binding protein 2, ULBP2 and N2DL2, is cell membrane protein which belongs to theMHC class I family. ULBP2 / N2DL-2 is expressed in various types of cancer cell lines and in the fetus, but not in normal tissues. ULBP2 / N2DL-2 is a ligand for the NKG2D receptor, together with at least ULBP1 and ULBP3. ULBPs activate multiple signaling pathways in primary NK cells, resulting in the production of cytokines and chemokines. Binding of ULBPs ligands to NKG2D induces calcium mobilization and activation of the JAK2, STAT5, ERK and PI3K kinase/Akt signal transduction pathway.
