Specificity	Mouse JAM-2 / JAM-B
Western blot	This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Mouse JAM2 in WB. Using a DAB detection system, the detection limit for Mouse JAM2 is approximately 0.5 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions and reducing conditions.
Direct ELISA	This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Mouse JAM2. The detection limit for Mouse JAM2 is approximately 0.00245 ng/well.
Storage	This antibody can be stored at 2℃-8℃ for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20℃ to -70℃. Preservative-Free. Sodium azide is recommended to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%). It is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Junctional adhesion molecule B, also known as Junctional adhesion molecule 2, Vascular endothelial junction-associated molecule, CD322 and JAM2, is a single-pass type I membrane protein which belongs to theimmunoglobulin superfamily. JAM2 contains oneIg-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain and oneIg-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain. Highest expression of JAM2 is in the heart, placenta, lung, foreskin and lymph node. It is prominently expressed on high endothelial venules. It is also present on the endothelia of other vessels. JAM2 is Localized to the intercellular boundaries of high endothelial cells. Tight junctions represent one mode of cell-to-cell adhesion in epithelial or endothelial cell sheets, forming continuous seals around cells and serving as a physical barrier to prevent solutes and water from passing freely through the paracellular space. JAM2 is localized in the tight junctions between high endothelial cells. JAM2 acts as an adhesive ligand for interacting with a variety of immune cell types and may play a role in lymphocyte homing to secondary lymphoid organs.
