Specificity	Mouse IL-17R / IL-17RA
Western blot	This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Mouse IL17RA in WB. Using a DAB detection system, the detection limit for Mouse IL17RA is approximately 0.5 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions and reducing conditions.
Direct ELISA	This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Mouse IL17RA. The detection limit for Mouse IL17RA is approximately 0.00245 ng/well.
Storage	This antibody can be stored at 2℃-8℃ for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20℃ to -70℃. Preservative-Free. Sodium azide is recommended to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%). It is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Interleukin-17 receptor A, also known as IL-17 receptor A, IL-17RA, IL17RA and IL17R, is an ubiquitous type I membrane glycoprotein that binds with low affinity to interleukin 17A (IL17A). IL17A and its receptor play a pathogenic role in many inflammatory and autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. IL17A binds to a type I cell surface receptor called IL17 Rof which there are at least three variants IL17RA, IL17RB, and IL17RC. IL17RA is a widely expressed glycoprotein that plays a central role in inflammatory responses. IL17R mRNA exhibits a broad tissue distribution, and has been detected in virtually all cells and tissues tested. The aa sequence of mouse IL17RA is 69% identical to the human IL17R. Within the extracellular domain, mouse IL17RA shares 72% aa sequence identity with human IL17RA. IL17RA associates with IL17RC to form a signaling receptor complex for IL17 and IL17F. Ligand and IL17RA ligation promotes T cell activation and the production of IL-6, G-CSF, SCF, and multiple proinflammatory chemokines.
