Molecular Mass	The recombinant human CD300LG/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 470 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 51.7 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 70 and 34 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Formulation	Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH7.4. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose and mannitol are added as protectants before lyophilization. Specific concentrations are included in the hardcopy of COA.

Beschreibung von CLM-9 / TREM4 / CD300LG Protein

CLM-9, also known as TREM4, is a member of the CD300 -like (CD300L) family. CLM-9 is widely expressed on hematopoietic cells. All CD300L proteins are type I cell surface glycoproteins that contain a single immunoglobulin (Ig) V-like domain. It is a receptor which may mediate L-selectin-dependent lymphocyte rollings. CLM-9 binds SELL in a calcium dependent manner. CLM-9 also binds lymphocyte which suggests that it functions in lymphocyte adhesion. CLM-9 gene encodes the human and murine protein. The major CLM-9 transcript is expressed highly in human heart, skeletal muscle, and placenta. The mouse protein has been shown to be expressed in capillary endothelial cells. Human CLM-9 mediates the uptake of human IgA2 and mouse IgM.
