Molecular Mass	The recombinant human ANTXR1 /Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 530 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 59.4 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 69 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered solution of PBS, pH7.4. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose and mannitol are added as protectants before lyophilization. Specific concentrations are included in the hardcopy of COA.

Storage	Store it under sterile conditions at -70℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Beschreibung von ANTXR1 Protein

ANTXR1 is a member of the ATR family. It contains 1 VWFA domain. ATR (Ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3 related) is closely related to ATM (Ataxia telangiectasia mutated). They belongs to the phosphatidylinositol 3' kinase-like kinase (PIKK) family. ANTXR1 can be detected in umbilical vein endothelial cells (at protein level). It is highly expressed in tumor endothelial cells. ANTXR1 plays a role in cell attachment and migration. It interacts with extracellular matrix proteins and with the actin cytoskeleton. ANTXR1 mediates adhesion of cells to type 1 collagen and gelatin, reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton and promotes cell spreading. ANTXR1 also plays a role in the angiogenic response of cultured umbilical vein endothelial cells. It binds to the protective antigen (PA) of Bacillus anthracis. Binding does not occur in the presence of calcium.Interacts with gelatin and type 1 collagen. Defects in ANTXR1 are associated with susceptibility to hemangioma capillary infantile.
