CCL7 / MCP3 Antikörper

Produkt-Information von CCL7 / MCP3 Antikörper

Immunogen

Recombinant Human CCL7 / MCP3 protein (Catalog#11926-H08E)

Antibody Type Mouse Monoclonal Antibody ( Mouse mAb Service Platform )

Clone ID

18

Ig Type

Mouse IgG1

Formulation 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS with 5% trehalose
Preparation

This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human CCL7 / MCP3 (rh CCL7 / MCP3; Catalog#11926-H08E; NP_006264.2; Gln 24-Leu 99). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.

Usage Guide von CCL7 / MCP3 Antikörper

Specificity

Human CCL7 / MCP3

No cross-reactivity in ELISA with

E.coli cell lysate

Western blot This antibody can be used at 1-2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Human CCL7 in WB.
Direct ELISA This antibody can be used at 0.5-1 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Human CCL7. The detection limit for Human CCL7 is approximately 0.0195 ng/well.
Storage This antibody can be stored at 2℃-8℃ for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20℃ to -70℃. Preservative-Free.
Sodium azide is recommended to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%). It is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Hintergrund von CCL7 / MCP3 Antikörper

C-C motif chemokine 7, also known as Monocyte chemoattractant protein 3, Monocyte chemotactic protein 3, MCP-3, Small-inducible cytokine A7, CCL7 and MCP3, is a secreted protein which belongs to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family. Chemokines and chemokine receptors are pivotal regulators of cellular communication and trafficking. In addition to the approximately 20 chemokine receptors that have been cloned and described, various orphan receptors with a chemokine receptor-like structure are known. CCL7 / MCP3 is a chemotactic factor that attracts monocytes and eosinophils, but not neutrophils. It augments monocyte anti-tumor activity. CCL7 / MCP3 also induces the release of gelatinase B. This protein can bind heparin. It also binds to CCR1, CCR2 and CCR3. Monocyte chemotactic protein 3 (MCP-3/CCL7), a CC chemokine able to attract and activate a large panel of leukocytes including natural killer cells and T lymphocytes, could be beneficial in antitumor therapy. CCL7 and CXCL10 play a critical role in mediating oxidative stress-induced neutrophilic airway inflammation.
